Hi. My daily calories requirement is 2500 calories. What should be my diet plan to fulfill this requirement? (I have googled about it but those I found are really complicated. I want a simpler one. Thanx. ). From what I can tell… Breakfast- cereal with low fat milk and a piece of toast or yohgurt Morning tea:crackers and chesse Lunch:Sandwhich on wholemeal bread with a piece of fruit afternoon snack:fruit smoothie Dinner:lean meat with salad supper:water and dry sstuff such as crackers. . Plenty of water.
