I am struggling to lose weight. . I've been trying for a long time, and I really want. It just frustrates me when I feel it is useless to try, and then lose control of my eating and going further in the wrong direction. Do you know what I found? I use to be like I'm working I can eat this, blah. Well, when I was like I took a year to lose ten pounds of work an hour and a half in the gym 4-6 days a week. After this summer I started to eat well. Okay, so I lost 13 pounds in a month and a half in a 600-800 calorie diet. With an hour and a half (intense) cardio workout in the gym and sometimes practice on the same day. I eat mostly organic as well, idk how I went from eaating fast food every day, to want things from home. I do not like fast food and never eat now. And the things they eat at home are made in about 10 minutes maximum. Now they have increased energy intake due to the plateau and continue losing weight. Today I lost 2 pounds: D My weight since last year 154. My weight at the beginning of summer, 140. My weight is now 123: DI still want to get to 100-115 and I have only 2 weeks until school starts. I just do not want my thighs to touch that's all. Damn it. Haha.
