Okay, so I need a diet or eating plan I've tried searching the web but I could not find anything. If you have any suggestions Ill be more than happy to take. Thank you.     Diets Dont Work. Simple as that. Stop looking for a quick fix. The only way you will lose weight if you really think about what you eat. You know eating a donut is not good for you, so no. Eat healthy, no fast food, no sugar, no bacon. Lots of vegetables, fruits, lean meat, cut carbohydrates like rice, beans, but in moderation. In general, anything that is not fried, dipped in oil and other chemichals, organic is best because it is good for your body and do not mess with your hormones. This has to do for the rest of your life if you want to be thin. That's all there and easy secrects DEFF small meals and eat breakfast cereal in the morning (not suggar), grains, fruits. . . You get the idea.
