I am obese. I am on a good diet (lots of water and veggies) and have started working out 3-4 times a week. I am thinking of taking a diet pill additionally to these two things to increase my weight loss. Would it work. Well, I have your answer. I would do it the more natural way and not take a diet pill. I have actually had to cut gluten and dairy products out of my diet because I get migraines and that's what causes them, it's been only two weeks and I have noticed a lot of results and I don't even exercise. Keep on exercising and eating healthy you're on the right track.
