My friend Lisa weigh 180 and im concerned about their health but do not really have the time or the resistance to diet or exercise and do not mind losing some weight myself. After talking with others on the web, I found the answer. For the sake of your health friends (and your wallet), try to avoid pills if possible. Exercise does not have to be time consuming or difficult. It can be as simple as walking and need only take 30 or more minutes of your day (which is nothing really). Even walking 15 minutes to school, work or shopping and 15 minutes back home would be enough and nice. And eating healthy is not that difficult. There are plenty of healthy options readily available out there, if you look hard enough.
