Can anyone give me an exceptional weight loss diet plan? Diet and exercise included 150 I want to return to 130 for the summer. Help. I think I found an answer. The best diet is to maintain and do not venture outside. Literally a diet means that the types of food a person, animal, or community habitually eats. The best foods to eat are those with the least amount of processing. Raw foods are great and if you like the salad, even better. But watch our for salad dressings. Many times they mess up all the nutrition from the food by packing in fat and calories. First things first, drink plenty of water. Stay away from soda and juice for sure. The sugars are rapidly converted into fat and calories have a surprisingly high. Also remove anything with refined sugar or white. Other things to see are processed carbohydrates. These donuts and other foods that mainly refer to as junk. Also be very careful with the bread and other foods of white flour, as they lack any nutritional value. This also applies to cookies and basically any grain that is not in its natural state. Quinoa is high in protein and is an excellent choice in the grains. Brown rice is also another good option and the fiber will help to cleanse the colon that can help you lose unwanted kilos. To lose 20 pounds will have to do a combination of reducing your calorie intake and burn calories through exercise. The required total is 70,000 calories. Make sure your work outside contains between 30-45 minutes of aerobic exercise (and I mean the kinds of Richard Simmons, but if you like it also works). . Say for example brisk walking to the store is a few miles away instead of taking the car. You would be doing your weight, lungs, heart, and the environment a big favor. Finally, the most important thing about weight loss is to ensure that you are not trying to be something they are not.
