There are several ways to lose weight fast, but not all quick weight loss diet use healthy methods. Diet is restricted to lean meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, low-fat cheese, and vegetables the first two weeks, followed by the re-introduction of fruits, whole grains, and dairy. Every diet is a bit different, but this is the general idea.

It's good to know the secrets of a good quick weight loss diet, which includes lean proteins, green vegetables, healthy nuts and fats, and supplements, in addition to adequate water intake. Diets work best if meals and snacks are divided into six small meals a day instead of three major meals. And let's not forget exercise, the most important part of any weight loss plan. Quick weight loss diets do work, but they work even better combined with regular sustained physical activity for forty-five minutes or more at least five days a week. Remember that it's important to check with your physician if you have a substantial amount of weight to lose, if you have any kind of health condition, and/or you do not exercise on a regular basis or are sedentary. Fast Weight Loss Diets

I am currently a wrestler in high school and weigh 125 pounds. I run 2 miles at practice and 3 miles at night. I need to lose 2-4 pounds of weight and have 3 weeks to do it. Just plain exercise isn't cutting it so I am turning to dieting. I have checked out the Grapefruit diet and do not really want to try it because it is a low carb one. Any other suggestions. Well, I have your answer right here. Best weight loss diet I have found was the paleo diet. A combination of crossfit and paleo will get you in awesome shape as quick as anything I have seen.
